Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a decision support system for transporting goods in the Eastern region of Thailand by DRG algorithm and Weight Value technique which it is designed in model planning and decision for customers who would like to send their product to anywhere in the Eastern region of Thailand, theory used decision tree, rule base, greedy algorithm, weight value and heuristic to find suitable solution for decision. The system is developed by using PHP language and MySQL on web application. The score is 4.8 of 5 to be evaluated by five expert persons proved that it could help to reduce time. The score is 4.6 of 5 is evaluated to satisfy by users.
