Software Product Satisfaction Prediction

Abstract


The objective of this research was to find out the software satisfaction prediction model. The software development companies should concern about customer satisfaction their software production. Two dependent attributes “software product quality” and “on time delivery” are used to represent the customer satisfaction on their order software.  The cross validation technique, MMRE, showed that the mean magnitude of relative error of software quality was about 15.00 percent. In other words, the correction of prediction was about 85.00 percent while the correction of prediction in on time delivery was about 89.00 percent.
